Governance and Management
The SACCO is governed by 9 Board members who are democratically elected by the Annual General Assembly (AGM). The Board members are supported by the Supervisory / Audit Committee of 3 members and the Vetting Committee of 3 members both elected independently by the AGM. The Board has standing committees; namely, Loans Committee, HR Committee, Finance planning and investment committee and education committee.
The board recruits management staff that run daily operations of the SACCO.
